The Script (Enhanced) : CD released on Mar. 17, 09

2008 release. The script consists of three Irish lads from Dublin who is currently based in London, England. The trio's music, the kind that turns ARTFUL all preconceptions on their head. Astral Weeks Live At the Hollywood Bowl by Van Morrison ; released on Feb.24, 09

Recorded in 1968, when the Belfast-Bred, blues-rock legend Van Morrison was only 22 years old, immediately Astral Weeks reviews and is considered one of the greatest albums of the rock era. Then the album was ranked numerous best albums of all time, including the # 19 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of all time and the 40th Greatest Album Ever on VH-1 on the list in 2003. Both Astral Weeks and Moondance (Morrison's next album) has been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame ®.

Astral Weeks to a cult favorite and was almost like a religion for many artists. On 7 and 8 November 2008, four decades later, at age 63, Van Morrison Astral Weeks new life in its entirety at the Hollywood Bowl and a jawdropping, impressive performance.

The first half of the show Featured Morrison playing timeless classics that have made him a legend, during the second half was the breathtaking performance of the Morrison Astral Weeks album.Van not simply re-create what he did 40 years ago in a studio, NY, but has the songs to a significantly higher level contemporary. The roots of jazz compositions are Astral Weeks poetic stories of young love and the quest to find the place in life. They were, and remain, an ideal source for musical improvisation, the way to the sense of wonder for which Morrison has always tried.

Hold Time by M. Ward ; released on Feb.17, 09

Although he had been compared with everyone from John Fahey to Tom Waits to Howe Gelb, with Hold Time ", it is clear that M. Ward, with his brilliant guitar playing and innate sense of melody, is one of those special and rare talents who defy comparisons and compartmentalization. Years of Refusal by Morrisey : released on Feb.17, 09



Morrissey will release 'Years of Refusal "in the U.S. February 17, 2009 Attack / Lost Highway. "Years of refusal" is Morrissey's first studio album since 2006 in the United Kingdom # 1 "ringleader of the Tormentors." In February, Morrissey starts the U.S. leg of its World Tour with rare intimate club dates.


The late Jerry Finn, who previously worked in the 2004 critical and commercial smash "You Are the Quarry" produced "Years of Refusal" is the last album he worked on. The single "I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris", that Morrissey debuted during his sold out 2007 World Tour, will precede the album. Long time band Boz Boorer, Jesse Tobias, Matt Walker and Solomon Walker playing on the album, including a contribution of Jeff Beck on the track "Black Cloud".


Morrissey is often recognized as the leading British musicians of his generation. The New York Times recently, "Morrissey is not just a singer, he is one of the defining rock stars of the past decades by virtue of his great voice, songs are grand, and his charming habit of playing with melodrama. His influence is felt worldwide through the many artists who cite him as their primary inspiration. "Years of refusal" is a masterful work that finds Morrissey and the band at their best with a well-muscled and the inimitable voice and lyrics of a legend.
